Catch the wave… Ride the Seaside Dancewave!  SING, DANCE & ACT!  For one intensive day , boys and girls will rock the fundamentals of Musical Theater and the Art of the Production Number!  They will sing, dance and act while focusing on stage direction, character development, improvisation, vocal technique, choreography and PERFORMING! This fun-filled intensive camp includes dramatic play, story enactment, imagination journeys, theatre games, song and dance.
Young Actor/Singer/Dancers will increase their physical control, self expression and self—esteem!
A short musical performance will be presented at the end of the day!
  Comfortable workout clothes and dance shoes required. 
Please pack a light snack for break and bring water.

Fill up your stockings with a season of good health!  Bring in the New Year with cheer!  We offer yoga every morning Monday - Saturday at 9:00am! Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm!
Our Zumba Classes are an exciting way to start the day!  Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 10:30am!

Walk-ins $15

Snowbirds, please join us in Zumba for only $5 a class!  If you’re 60 and older you can join the Seaside Silver Slippers Club to Shake, Shimmy and Shuffle in Zumba Style!

New! Ballroom Fitness! Tues./Thurs. 7:30pm

This group class for all ages is a combination of Latin Dance styles such as Mambo, Cha Cha, Salsa, Hustle, Samba, Swing, and more.  Within the workout, students will learn the basic rhythms of each dance and experience fun and exciting combinations to the music! Partnering Cuban Motion with Arm Styling, Ballroom Fitness will help you to burn calories, as well as to firm and tone to achieve that sculpted dancer physique!

     These classes focus on fundamentals of partner dancing such as Movement, Dance Hold, Musicality, Balance and Control, Dance Styling, Leading and Following with a variety of steps and variations!

~No partner necessary!
